Apps built around what users actually need.
From a first idea to a working product: we scope the smallest version worth launching, prototype it and build it with you.
01 / Overview
Start small, learn, then grow
Most apps try to do too much at launch. We help you choose the first version that proves the idea, define what is in and out, and build it so the next version is easier to add than the first was.
We also advise on the form the product should take: a responsive web app, an installable web app or a native build. Each has trade-offs in cost, reach and capability, and the right answer depends on your users.
A good fit if
- You have an idea and need help turning it into a scoped, buildable product.
- You need a prototype to test with users or show to investors.
- Your team needs design and development capacity for a defined product.
- You are unsure whether you need a web app or a native app.
02 / Capabilities
What web and mobile apps covers

Goals, users and a prioritised list of what the first release must do.
Prototyping
Clickable prototypes that let people try the idea before you commit to building it.
Application build
Interface and front-end development, integrated with your APIs and services.
Offline and performance planning
Decisions about data, connectivity and speed made early, when they are cheap.
Launch and iteration
Release planning, feedback loops and a roadmap for what comes next.
03 / Process
How the work unfolds

05 / Questions
Common questions
Should we build a web app or a native app?
A responsive or installable web app reaches the widest audience for the least cost and is often the right start. A native build can make sense when you need deep device features. We lay out the trade-offs for your case before you decide.
How do you decide what goes into a first version?
We list what users need to do, rank it by value and effort, and cut until the first release is small enough to finish and useful enough to learn from.
Who owns the code?
Ownership, licences and handover terms are agreed in writing before work starts. We document the code so that your team or another supplier can continue.
Do you provide support after launch?
Ongoing support and further development can be agreed separately from the initial build.
