Open Window Creative is a digital studio for branding, design and development. We believe good digital work lets people see what something is, understand how to use it and trust it.

What we do, and for whom
We help organisations present themselves clearly and build digital products that work for the people using them. That covers identity and brand, interface and experience design, frontend and application development, and the search and social work that helps the right audience find what you have built.

How we try to work
Clarity over cleverness
If a visitor has to work out what something is or what to do next, we have more to do. We favour plain language and clear structure over decoration.
Accessible by default
We design and build toward WCAG 2.2 AA from the first sketch, and we say plainly what has and has not been tested. We do not claim certification we have not earned.
Honest about what we know
No guaranteed rankings, no invented numbers. We set measures up front and report against them, including when the result is not what anyone hoped.
Built to be maintained
Clean code, documented decisions and sensible handover, so your team is never locked out of its own work.

From first conversation to handover
The same four stages apply to a brand identity, a website or an app. What changes is the depth of each stage.

Goals, audience, constraints and what success looks like. You receive a short written summary to confirm we understood.

Scope, structure, content and creative direction, agreed before production starts.

Design and development in small steps you can review, with accessibility and performance checked along the way.
