Privacy notice

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your project description. You may also choose to add your company or organisation and a budget or scope. We also record that you confirmed you had read this notice.

We do not ask for anything beyond what is needed to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries are sent through Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes them on our behalf and delivers them to us by email. Formspree may also store submissions for a period under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on its website.

At the time of writing, this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads its fonts and images from its own server rather than from third parties. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change goes live, and consent will be requested where it is required.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form or email openwindowcreative@gmail.com to make a request, and say clearly that it is a privacy request.

Retention periods and the identity and address of the data controller are for the business owner to confirm and add before launch. Formspree's own retention settings are managed in the owner's Formspree account.
